Arab Latvian Chamber of Commerce (ALCC) objective is to maintain harmonious commercial relations between Latvia, the Baltic Stats and the Arab countries.
ALCC offers this service in case of dispute through its experience and knowledge of the business and law environment in both Latvia (the Baltic States) and the Arab world. Moreover, ALCC has a network with the different Chambers of commerce in Latvia, the Baltic Stats and the Arab world, which allows it to play the role of mediator in order to reach an amicable solution.
Finding out-of-court-solution
The Arab Latvian Chamber of Commerce is not able to take legal action as a representative. It can only assist in reaching an out of court settlement. ALCC can establish a contact on your behalf with trustable and recommended local lawyer to resolve your formal litigation.
The advantage of such mediation is that our fees are far below the fees of lawyers and a large part of the fee is success-based only. Therefore, especially if just a small amount is in dispute, mediation could be preferable to formal litigation.
