Authentication , Legalization and Attesting
Arab Latvian Chamber of Commerce (ALCC) provides a rage of authentication services to Latvian and the Baltic States:
* ALCC ATTESTING
ALCC attest trading documents to be used in the Arab world , ALCC required document legalization before attesting for any legal documents such as contract and power of attorney.
* Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia / Consult department legalization
The Department of Foreign Affairs can authenticate/apostille documents issued in the Republic of Latvia that are going to be used in other countries. Documents issued by non Latvian institutions can also be authenticated but require to be certified by a Notary Public.
* Translation Authentication
Document/s translated for official use should be notarised and legalized, either they are going to be used in Latvia, or in Arab countries.
* Embassy Authentication
In some cases, documents requiring certification also require legalisation by the relevant Arab Embassy. ALCC can arrange legalisation and following certification of documentation when required.
