Arab Latvian Chamber of Commerce (ALCC) is ready to provide all the necessary Exhibition & Tradeshow support and assistance including the needed steps that should be taken to be prepared for attending an exhibition & tradeshow. The services would include performing targeted research and contacting potential business partners, planning the trip and scheduling activities. In addition, ALCC can support your company in scheduling meetings and local presentations. ALCC offers interpretation services and personal coaching, if they are needed.
Exhibition & Tradeshow services
ALCC Exhibition & Tradeshow services could include but not limited to:
• Providing information on local and foreign exhibitions held in the Arab world, Latvia and the Baltic States.
• Organizing joint participation under ALCC section in the Arab world, Latvia and the Baltic States exhibitions.
• Organizing solo participation in the Arab world, Latvia and the Baltic States.
• Organizing solo exhibitions as well as expositions and stands in the Arab world, Latvia and the Baltic States.
• Provide support to exhibition participants in organizing press conferences, presentations, seminars, receptions, business contact establishments, meetings and negotiations.
• Arrange exhibitions technical support such as: customs clearance, exhibition freight, shipping abroad, customs formulation and documentation.
• Arrange exhibitions extra services such as: hotel accommodation, transportation and visa services.
• Arrange a professional team of local people who are at your service, helping you in promoting your services and communicate with the local audience.
• Provide exhibition space (in partner’s exhibition centers and ALCC premises) to hold accompanying events - conferences, presentations, round tables. In addition to open-air and covered exhibition space allocation.
Arab Latvian Chamber of Commerce has Head Quarter and Ambassador offices cover Latvia, the Baltic States and the Arab world.
